The application is specially suited for reading manga but can be used for any type of content you see on your screen. The application works by having the user draw a rectangle around the text they want to extract and using a custom build-in Japanese to English dictionary specially designed to help users learn Japanese. 2. Licensing & Access

JP-DIT-E operates under a lifetime license model. New users are granted a seven-day free trial, after which they must purchase a lifetime license to continue using the application. This license provides unlimited access to all core features of the software and future updates. Users can transfer their license to another computer at any time, but the license can only be used on one computer at a time.

3. AI-Powered Explanations

Purchasing a lifetime license grants users unrestricted use of the application. However, AI-powered explanations operate on a token-based system. The license includes an initial allocation of 10 million AI tokens (500 tokens/explanation aprox.), which are used when requesting AI-powered explanations. Once these tokens are depleted, additional tokens can be purchased separately for a fixed fee.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments for lifetime licenses and additional tokens are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. As users are already provided with a seven-day free trial, no refund requests will be processed. Transactions are handled securely through third-party payment providers.

5. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

Users must ensure that their use of JP-DIT-E complies with all applicable laws. Any attempts to hack, reverse-engineer, modify, or otherwise tamper with the software or its related services are strictly prohibited. Additionally, any attempts to disrupt service availability, such as through denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or similar activities, are strictly forbidden. Any unauthorized use of the software may result in the termination of the license without a refund and could lead to legal consequences.

JP-DIT-E is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. While the application aims to provide accurate OCR and AI-powered explanations, results may vary. The developer is not responsible for any inaccuracies or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
